Updates on XWallet Account Withdrawals

In our ongoing commitment to providing the smooth XWallet off-boarding process possible, we have an announcement regarding XWallet account withdrawals.

We understand that some users may face difficulties in withdrawing their balances or access to their accounts. Therefore, we are extending the withdrawal period for XWallet accounts until June 30, 2024.

For users with small balances facing constraints due to high gas fees withdrawing via smart contract on the Ethereum network, we are preparing an alternative solution. Verified XWallet users* will have the option to use their small balances to claim PURSE tokens. This provides an alternative way to manage and utilize your remaining balance without being hindered by the current gas fee challenges.

To proceed with the conversion, please stay tuned for further instructions from the official announcement by Q1 2024, which will detail the steps to follow. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards ensuring a smooth experience for all verified XWallet users.

Please note that in cases where the remaining value of tokens in an individual XWallet account is insufficient to cover the required gas fee, the funds will remain in the blockchain wallets. Neither Pundi X nor any other entity can facilitate the withdrawal.
