Suspension of XWallet Service in Korea

Due to the company’s policy to comply with local regulations, we can no longer provide XWallet services in Korea.

We urge you to transfer your tokens out of the XWallet account as soon as possible to avoid any potential loss due to the service closure in your country. Here is the instruction to withdraw: 

1. Go to "Wallet" tab and select a token;
2. Click  "Transfer";
3. Input the recipient's address (please make sure the recipient's address is correct) and amount;

***For some tokens that have MEMO or Message, please input both address and MEMO/Message before sending.***

4. Click ‘next’ to proceed with the transfer.
