Mandatory verification documentation required for accounts registered prior 14th July 2020

To support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), Pundi X periodically reviews the products and services based on the evolvement of regulatory requirements. The customers who performed and verified the first level KYC before 14th July 2020 will be notified to complete the latest XWallet KYC process. From now on, the verification will be carried out in phases to minimise the disruption of user experience. The notified users will be requested to complete the KYC before continuing using their accounts. Once users complete the required verification, they will be able to resume full access to XWallet services.
