Internal transfer (XPASS Card/Virtual Card) will be completed instantly.
Transfer from or to other wallets or exchange will differs from several mins to several hours depending on the amount, coins and the blockchain speed. It depends on the ERC20 network congestion level (how crowded the ERC20 traffic is).
Individual XWallet accounts by default can transfer up to a certain amount. If your transfer amount exceeds the default limit, the transaction will be reviewed manually, which will usually be processed within 12 hours.
