Unlocked tokens not received
All unlocked tokens will be distributed in the first few days of each month (erc20 wallets) and before 14th for exchanges. The rate of unlocked tokens is 11.063% (and it will apply only if you held your tokens through the entire month) and less if you held less than a month.
From March 1st until the end of May, the rate will be 11.063% each month, after that there will be no more monthly unlocked token distribution.
Random snapshots will be performed as usual. The formula to calculate the base of your NPXS/NPXSXEM monthly holdings is the same as previous months but the rate is adjusted:
[(The average of the daily lowest NPXS amount of the month X 10%) + (the daily average NPXS amount of the month X 90%)] X 11.063%
Can’t find unlocked tokens in XWallet / Amount not right
The unlocked tokens are named “Distribution” in XWallet, you may find it in the transaction history.
If the amount is wrong, you may find them in other places. If your NPXS were stored in other wallets' address and transferred to XWallet later, then part of the airdrop might be in other address.
If you cannot find them, please log a ticket in Zendesk with following info
- your account username, like phone number or email address
- your XWallet NPXS receiving address (and other wallets' NPXS address, if there is any)
- (transaction hash of the NPXS transfer from other places to XWallet if your NPXS were stored in other wallets)
