What should I do if my account is scammed/fund lost?

Ensuring security in the XWallet app is of the utmost importance to us. If any digital assets were to go missing or stolen from your XWallet, please

1. Change all of your passwords ASAP.

2. Enable Google Authenticator for security.

3. Do not share any of your passwords/verification codes to anyone

Only the scammers will ask you for your passwords and verification words.

4. Ask XWallet official support for help
