1. Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page.
There are two pages for resetting your password. You must choose the correct one you created your XWallet with.
Notice 1: If you used your mobile phone number to create your XWallet account, you must go to 'Phone No.', fill up the spaces, and input the verification code that will arrive via SMS.
If you used your email address to create your XWallet account, you must go to 'Email', fill up the spaces, and input the verification code that will arrive at your email inbox.
Notice 2: if you used your phone number to create your account but later paired your email (and vice-versa), then it’s fine to use any of them (email or phone number). However, if you didn’t pair it later, you need to choose the correct option according to your account creation. If you are not sure if you account was created with email or phone number, please submit your email and phone number to us and we will check if there are registered accounts under these credentials.
2. Enter your phone number/email address to get the verification code.
3. Reset your login password
Login passwords must contain at least 8 characters, and at least one uppercase, lowercase and a numeral. Please note that old and new password cannot be the same.
After clicking on “next” your new password will be set. Now you just need to login in normally.
Please keep your account safe and do not share your verification code with anyone.
