How to issue a refund?

  • To issue a refund, go to “Collection history”, find the particular transaction that requires a cancellation, and then tap on it to make a refund.
  • Note: refund can only be made within 30 minutes after a transaction has been completed. Refund requests after 30 minutes are not refundable from the system.
